Roasted Carrots

These roasted carrots are a bff with spring meals! Lightly caramelized, tender, and full of flavour, they pair beautifully with any dish. Simple, nutritious, and absolutely delicious.

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme or parsley and serve warm.
