In this fresh spin on a summer mocktail, your tastebuds will be delighted. The sweetness of ripe strawberries combined with the soft acidity of grapefruit, all tied together with the delicate taste of basil and agave syrup come together to make a refreshing and gentle taste that allow all the flavours to shine.

Directions

In a cocktail shaker add your strawberries, agave, ginger, and basil. Muddle vigorously, until all the juices from the strawberries are released. 
Add grapefruit and muddle again.
Prepare your glasses with a few ice cubes.
Add sparkling water into the shaker and stir; Bond style!
Taste and correct flavours to your liking.
Time to serve; let some of the pulp of the fruit flow into the glass and strain the rest. Top up with sparkling water.
Decorate with strawberries to your liking. Enjoy!
