Overnight Oats
Directions:
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed together.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add your favorite toppings like fresh berries, sliced banana, nuts, seeds, nut butter, or granola. Enjoy your nutritious and filling breakfast straight from the jar or transfer it to a bowl.
Tip: Prepare multiple jars at once to have a quick, healthy breakfast ready for several days!
