Mint Chocolate Chip Super Smoothie
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips or cacao nibs into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra plant-based milk to thin it out then blend more until incorporated.
- Add the chocolate chips or cacao nibs and blend for just a couple of seconds more. You want the chocolate to be slightly broken up, but still chunky.
- Pour the smoothie into two cups and top with coconut cream, extra chocolate chips or cacao nibs and a fresh sprig of mint, if desired. Serve with a straw and spoon and enjoy!
