Ghee Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes are a comfort food staple at any holiday meal. We have added Gold Standard Lee’s Ghee to ours to add a little kick with turmeric and black pepper, plus some healthy fat fuel to get you through the holiday meal.

Ghee Mashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. Peel, wash, and cube potatoes. Add to a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
  2. Add in ghee, salt, and milk, mash by hand or use an immersion blender until potatoes reach desired consistency. Add to serving dish and top with ghee and shopped parsley.
