Quinoa Veggie Burger

GoGo Quinoa makes veggie burgers SUPER easy with their Quinoa Burger mix. It is a healthy and tasty option that is vegan, gluten-free and high in protein.

Directions
For 6 burgers or 25 small croquettes

  1. Pour the contents of the box into a bowl.
  2. Add spices.
  3. Add 250 ml. of warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes (you can add a little more water if the mix seems too dry)
  4. Give form to the patties and cook them 2 to 3 minutes on each side in a bit of olive oil.
  5. Top burger with your favourite fixings.
