Triple Berry Righteous Sorbetto Cake
Directions
- Scoop tempered sorbetto into a bowl, one at a time, and soften by mixing until smooth.
- Using a 6” spring form pan, begin to spread the first flavour across the bottom, evenly.
- Freeze for 45 minutes, then repeat with the other two flavours.
- Freeze for 6 hours (overnight) then press a warm cloth around the sides of the spiring form pan to remove. Run a sharpe knife around the sides to help loosen the cake.
- Garnish with the fresh berries and invite all your friends over because what you just made is seriously impressive and delicious.
