  • In our bodies, they protect against oxidative stress from oxygen, the sun, and our diet
  • Organically grown foods tend to be higher in antioxidants, and reduces the risk of pesticide and other additives being added to our food
  • Vitamins A, C, E, and selenium are primary sources, and any colourful fruit, vegetable, or supplement is high in antioxidants. The more colours in your diet the better!
